Position Summary
As VP, Consulting Sales, you will be driving sales to achieve business objectives of share and volume growth within the Consulting services. You will maintain and increase business with existing clients, as well as develop new sales opportunities.
Your Role
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Sales plan and budget across Canada and globally
- Develop and manage metrics and success criteria for all sales initiatives
- Integrate and align sales with the corporate strategy and growth plans
Experience
- MBA, Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Engineering
- A minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and 10 years in leadership roles
- Experience in technology or IT sales an asset
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated track record of building and growing into new market segments

Manager, Test Automation
Position Summary
As Manager, Test Automation you will have an opportunity to design and implement advanced automation solutions for our customers. You will build and grow automation frameworks, process optimization methodologies and advanced toolsets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new automation strategies.
Your Role
- Lead assessments and evaluation of client’s automation capabilities and opportunities
- Design and implement advanced Automation Frameworks
- Build solutions on industry available Open Source Frameworks & Tools
- Setup and configure supporting automation toolsets
- Measure Automation ROI and Cost-Benefit
- Design and build automation tests
- Lead a team of QA Analysts
Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- A minimum of 6 years in the field of Test Automation
- A minimum of 5 years experience in IT project management
- Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks (GUI and non-GUI)
- Experience in VBA Scripting, Object Oriented Programming
- Experience working with Selenium, HP QTP, and other automation toolsets
- Experience in leading teams of QA Analysts

Job Title
Program Manager
Position Summary
As Program Manager, you will join a fast-growing team of Project and Portfolio Management experts at Tulkita. You will be responsible for setting up and managing large programs as well as for defining and improving PPM processes and methods. Work with our strategic partner Planview, helping to rollout world class PPM solutions to customers globally.
Your Role
- Manage large, multi-site initiatives, both internally and at client sites
- Manage project budgets and resource allocations
- Provide program-level metrics
- Provide escalation for PMs and clients
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve PPM methodology, including processes and supporting tools
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Experience
- 4-year degree required
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a Project Management or Program Management capacity
- Previous experience in IT an asset
- Experience with complex projects (High risks, high costs, long term)
- Experience in budget management and resource allocations
- Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Understanding of organization change management aspects of delivering technology programs
